Out of Town Ticket: The Charles Playhouse for the Performing Arts

First ask if the customer knows where the Wang Center is. The Charles Playhouse is across the street, right behind the Shubert Theatre on Warrenton Street.

From the South Shore:
Take 93 North to the Chinatown/Kneeland St. exit. The exit splits to either Downtown or 90, take the Downtown exit & take a left onto Kneeland Street. Go 5 blocks to Tremont Street & take a left. There are a number of garages near the Wang Center. Walk through the parking lot between the Shubert Theatre and the Tremont House Hotel. You will see the Charles Playhouse on the left.

From the North:
Take 93 South. Get off at the Chinatown exit, take a right onto Kneeland Street. Follow the above directions from this point on.

There are several parking garages within one block.

Public Transportation
Green Line: Take any of the green line trains to the Boylston St. stop. Orange Line: Go to the New England Medical Center stop.

The venue is not accessible, however patrons should contact the box office and special arrangements will be made.

There is no dress code, casual dress is encouraged.
